About Heartland: Our Philosophy and Commitment to You
Creating safe, grounded therapeutic spaces where children, young people, families, and individuals can thrive.
My Approach
I provide person-centred, trauma-informed support tailored to children, young people, and families. My goal is to create safe, grounded therapeutic spaces where you can truly thrive.
Lived Experience & Passion
My lived experience of neurodiversity fuels my passion for truly neuroaffirming practice. I believe in celebrating and supporting everyone and adapting my therapeutic practice to the individual, ensuring you feel heard and supported on your unique journey.
Experience & Expertise
With over a decade of experience in the equine-assisted therapy space, I support children, youth, families, men, and women of all abilities. Alongside my experience working in the community sector as a counsellor, I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, family relationships, addictions, chronic health issues, life transitions, ADHD, ASD, BPD, parenting challenges, and peer and school-related concerns.
